Online casino games developer GAMOMAT has strengthened its position across Europe after securing a B2B licence from the Malta Gaming Authority, opening the door to wider distribution across regulated iGaming markets.
The approval allows GAMOMAT RGS to supply its portfolio of online casino titles to operators licensed under the Malta regulatory framework, expanding the company’s potential operator network as it continues its international growth strategy.
GAMOMAT confirmed that its Critical Gaming Supply Licence became effective in August 2026, with the company describing the approval as an important step in its expansion across regulated European markets.
Expanding Across Regulated Markets
Malta remains one of the most influential jurisdictions within the international iGaming industry, with a large number of operators and suppliers using the island as a base for regulated European operations.
Securing an MGA supplier licence therefore gives GAMOMAT access to a considerably broader commercial network while reinforcing its focus on regulated-market growth.
The company develops online slot content for desktop and mobile platforms, with games available across numerous languages and market configurations.
Its portfolio includes titles such as Royal Seven Ultra, Old Fisherman and Take 5, alongside a growing range of newer releases.
Strengthening Distribution
For game studios, securing licences in major regulated jurisdictions can play an important role in international expansion.
Rather than relying solely on individual operator agreements, regulatory approval allows suppliers to integrate with a wider network of licensed platforms and distribution partners.
GAMOMAT Head of Commercial Joss Webster described the MGA licence as a significant milestone for the business as it looks to expand throughout Europe.
The company said the approval will allow its games to reach a larger number of operators while maintaining its focus on performance, product quality and regulatory compliance.
“Regulatory approval is becoming an increasingly important platform for international growth in iGaming.”
Compliance Becomes a Growth Strategy
The announcement also highlights the increasingly important role regulation plays in the commercial strategies of iGaming suppliers.
As more countries introduce or strengthen regulated online gaming frameworks, suppliers capable of meeting licensing and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions are able to access a broader range of operators.
That can make regulatory capability a competitive advantage rather than simply an operational requirement.
GAMOMAT’s new Malta licence provides the company with another platform from which to pursue that growth.
The developer already operates through GAMOMAT RGS Limited in Malta and supports a portfolio designed for multiple international markets, including games available in more than 20 languages.
A Platform for Further European Growth
GAMOMAT Chief Strategy Officer Sebastian Reddig said the company viewed the Malta Gaming Authority as one of the industry’s most respected regulatory bodies and that the licence would allow GAMOMAT to showcase its portfolio to a larger operator base.
The development comes as competition among online casino suppliers continues to intensify, with studios increasingly looking towards regulated-market expansion, aggregation partnerships and new distribution channels to grow their audiences.
For GAMOMAT, the MGA approval provides another route into that ecosystem.
By combining a larger potential operator network with an established catalogue of online casino content, the company is positioning itself for the next phase of its European growth.
The licence also provides another example of how compliance, technology and commercial expansion are becoming increasingly interconnected across the global iGaming industry.
