Six startups are gearing up to compete at the highly anticipated SiGMA Asia Pitch 2025, set to take place in Manila on 3 June. This event marks the return of the SiGMA Asia summit to the Philippines with a renewed focus on early-stage innovation in the iGaming sector.
The competition will be held at 15:15 on the SiGMA Stage within the SMX Convention Center and will give founders a valuable platform to present their innovative solutions to a distinguished panel of industry leaders and global investors.
Trudy Kerr has been announced as the host for the event, which offers participants the opportunity to gain visibility, mentorship, and potential investment. The competing startups will vie for extensive support packages that include marketing assistance, cloud infrastructure, recruitment, branding, and blockchain-oriented growth resources.
The judging panel features a diverse group of experts with wide-ranging experience in gaming technology, venture capital, esports, fintech, and remote innovation. Among the judges are Carla Maree Vella, CEO of Neatplay; Oliver De Bono, CEO of Quantum Gaming; Joe Pisano, CEO of Jade Entertainment Technology; Eoin Kirwan, Founding Partner of Ionic Group; and Dan Ciobanu, CEO of Remote2All.
The six finalists represent a broad cross-section of the global gaming ecosystem. Among them is OneZero, a US-based esports betting startup enabling real-time wagers on in-game performance, verified through AI technology. Germany’s SavageTech GmbH brings gamified engagement to sportsbooks and casinos through avatar-based adventures.
Singapore-Philippines-based LIKED connects iGaming operators with local influencers via a zero-upfront, performance-based affiliate model tailored specifically for the Philippine market. UK-based Deuce offers a VR/XR casino platform focused on immersive gaming environments designed for Asian audiences.
From the Union of Comoros, Fabulous Gaming provides a comprehensive iGaming ecosystem concentrating on crypto casinos and game aggregation. Finally, India’s TECPINION delivers AI-powered gaming infrastructure and player account management solutions aimed at B2B and B2C operators alike, with scalable tools and deep analytics.
Prize packages at stake include more than €400,000 (approximately $453,309) in technology infrastructure and cloud credits from leading providers such as Nvidia, DigitalOcean, Notion, and DocSend to support advanced scaling efforts.
Additional awards include a €21,300 ($24,138) startup marketing package, a €100,000 ($113,327) blockchain growth package through ZBX, and specialised education and talent acquisition packages. These prizes provide winners with hands-on support in branding, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.
The SiGMA Asia Pitch 2025 is set to be a pivotal event for emerging iGaming startups looking to accelerate their growth and make their mark in the rapidly evolving industry.
